- No one is allowed to touch the web.
- Everyone needs to cross through the web to the opposite side.
- Holes can only be used once.
- If you commit to a hole you must use it.

Objective
- The objective is to cross from one side of the spider’s web to the other without touching the web. The group must create a plan that takes participant physical ability and size to lift, pass, and spot participants in order to get them through.

- 2 opposing teams playing soccer while blindfolded.
- Players are guided from the outside of the field by teammates that can see.

Rules of exercise
- Before picking up the rope all team members need to be sightless – thus being blindfolded.
- Entire length of the rope must be used.
- Complete the square in time set.

Objective
- Create a perfect square using the rope provided within the allocated time.
- Team mates need to be spaced equally from each other around the square holding onto the rope.

- All team members need to gather at the starting point (point A)
- The whole team makes their way to the activity (point B).
- Only one member of the team is allowed inside point B, all other members gather around the area to verbally assist in entering the code.
- As soon as the code is entered, the whole team makes their way back to point A – Finishing line.

Objective
- Team has to make their way from the starting
Line to the activity area one team member enters
and has to lock in the correct code as instructed
by team member on the outside.
- Once the code has been entered correctly, the
team makes their way back to the finishing line.

- Team has to assemble in a circle.
- Ball/s has to be passed across the circle, not to the side.
- Each team member has to touch (catch, pass) the ball at least once.

Objective
- To obtain and maintain a system.
- Whole team, while standing in a circle, has to get a chance to catch and pass the ball/s at least once.
- Chinese Pyramids
Rules of exercise
- Only one tyre to be moved at a time.
- All the tyres need to be in sequence.
- No bigger tyre may be placed on top of the smaller tyre.
- The tyre you choose is the tyre you keep till the end.
- The task is completed when all the tyres are in sequence at the designated point.

Objective
- Move the pyramid of tyres to a new location in the same sequence from 1 – 5 with the fewest possible moves.

- Each team will start with an equal amount of points.
- Retrace your steps all the way to the start if you are on the incorrect route.
- Making the same mistake twice will lead to a penalty of losing points.
- One blow of the whistle is a notice of a wrong move, two whistle blows means a penalty has occurred.

- To find your way through the maze without repeating mistakes.

- Sand ski’s
Rules of exercise
- The whole team needs to remain on the sand ski’s at all times, walking together as a unit.
- If one of the team members steps down, or touches the ground, you must start over.

- Make your way across the designated area on the sand ski’s.

Rules of exercise
- Two teams – One team on the island and one team on the shore line.
- The team on the shore line has to supply fresh water to the team members on the island, using only the equipment provided.
- The equipment is not allowed to touch the “sea” as it may become contaminated.
- If equipment touches the “sea” (ground) water in the bucket is emptied and the team has to refill the bucket and try again.
- Once the team think that they have transported the required amount of water to the island they may call for a measurement.
- Each team has one opportunity to measure.
- Once a measurement has been called the game is over for your team.

Objective
- People on island has no water, people on the shore line has to bring water to them.
- None of the equipment may touch the “sea”.
- Bridge build
Two teams working on same bridge from different working stations with limited communication.
Rules of exercise
Ø Teams are not allowed to build their half of the bridge in the same area
Ø A representative team member can only attend one meeting and must then be replaced by another team member for the following meetings.
Ø All equipment that has been provided must be used in constructing the bridge.
